Hollyhill Firelight
Firelight has done very well in shows in 2008 and 2009. It needs some shade to protect it's
really bright red orange color.  It has won best of type ribbons in more than one show in
Washington State.  Originally, Margaret and I thought that Firelight was an incredibly nice cut
flower and arrangement flower that had the brightest red orange possible and did not show it.
It looks great in flower arrangements  and makes a bouquet really sizzle.  It is a strong grower
and reaches 4 feet plus in our garden.   It is the resultant seedling of one of Margaret's hand
crosses and got it's bright colors from both it's parents: Rolf and Akita No Hikari.
